Two Component Low Viscosity, Room Temperature Curing Epoxy System Featuring Color Change Upon Curing for Bonding, Coating, Sealing and Encapsulation.
Master Bond Polymer System EP29LPCC is a two part, room temperature curing system that features the unique property of changing color from clear to cloudy upon curing. EP29LPCC can be used as an adhesive, coating, sealant or encapsulant. As an adhesive it possesses high bond strength suitable for adhering to a wide variety of substrates including metals, plastics, rubbers and glass. EP29LPCC is an excellent low viscosity encapsulant. Prior to mixing both the part A and part B of EP29LPCC are clear, once mixed and curing begins, the epoxy turns cloudy and opaque. EP29LPCC has a service temperature range of -100°F to +250°F. It can resist a wide range if chemicals including acids, bases and solvents. This cured system is a superb electrical insulator and its low viscosity makes it ideal for potting.
