One component, toughened epoxy system
Key Features
- No mix, single component system
- Non-drip, will not flow when applied and cured
- Unlimited working life at room temperature
- Wide operating temperature range
Product Description
Master Bond Supreme 10HTND-3 combines convenient handling along with high physical strength properties after curing. Most importantly this epoxy has a non-drip application feature; it will not flow when it is applied and cured. This system requires elevated temperature curing with the minimum being 250°F. Cure schedule options appear in the chart below. Since it is a true one component system, its viscosity does not change with time and the working life is unlimited.
Upon curing Supreme 10HTND-3 has extraordinarily high tensile shear and peel strength. It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, ceramics, glass, and many plastics. It is a toughened system that can withstand rigorous thermal cycling along with vibration and shock. It has good chemical resistance to water, fuels, oils, as well as many acids and bases. It is a good electrical insulator after curing. Also notable is its wide service temperature range of 4K to +400°F. Its natural color is gray, but other colors are available.
Supreme 10HTND-3 blends convenient handling and exceptionally high performance properties. It is a viable candidate for the aerospace, electronic, optical, specialty OEM and related industries.
